Problem/Error:

When starting the probe; it is giving below error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/itrsgroup/collection/ca/Main has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

Possible Cause:

The error relates to the netprobe being configured with an older version of Java.

Possible Solution:

To fix this, you need to use OpenJDK version 11 (only) and configure the netprobe startup script accordingly.
