Problem:

When user navigates the Entity Viewer to access a particular dataview, the error message The dataview returned too many cells to render is returned.

Possible causes:

The Entity Viewer provides data aggregation based on the selected dataview and time period (drop down option at top right corner). User may be trying to access a dataview that contains a lot of ephemeral entities. The Entity Viewer includes a self-protection mechanism to avoid returning excessive amount of data which may cause the system to overload.

Possible solutions:

Depending on the nature of the dataview output, user should select the duration to a shorter period (e.g. last 5 minutes).
