Error messages in obcerv-operator container log (operator.log)

Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "validating-webhook.obcerv.itrsgroup.com": failed to call webhook: Post "https://obcerv-operator-webhook.gateway.svc:443/validate?timeout=30s": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority.

Possible Cause(s)

Cert Manager not / present not installed during pre-requisite stage of ITRS Analytics (Obcerv)

Possible Solution(s)

run helm list --all-namespaces- this should display cert-manager like below

If cert manager is not listed you will have to install this - if you have other obcerv / itrs analytics operator services running then these will need to be un-installed as the cert manager has be to installed first.
