The answer is no.
Hot standby Gateways can be configured with a set of external files to keep synchronised. This is achieved by adding a list of files in the External files section of the Hot standby advanced tab. (e.g. as below)
As of writing, it is not possible to use wildcards such as '/scripts/', '/scripts/*' to synchronise complete directories in this External files section.
At present an external process would have to be used to synchronise multiple files.
e.g. This could use a common Unix utility such as rsync, scheduled as a cron job or perhaps as a Scheduled Command in the Gateway Setup Editor.
