Ensure that when inputting the literal URL that the full http schema is implemented (http://)

When opening a KBA if you haven't checked the configuration correctly, the following error gets presented in the Active Console:

The error occurred when using www.bbc.co.uk as the literal URL element, will trigger the error. However, if you included the following schema: http:// then this error disappears as the full URL including the http schema is required.

Implementing the full website http://www.bbc.co.uk will allow the KBA to open up the BBC website. The correct implementation can be seen below:
