In Geneos Webdasboard when trying to configure a secure connection, an issue happens when one of the following conditions occurs
1 - The Keystore and passphrase of the private key is different. The password using for the private key and the one to create the keystore should be the same.
2 - The Password or Passphrase might contain one of the characters in the following list of unsupported characters:

| ? | Question mark |
This following list of characters have shown to not cause issues while using them in certificates passwords.

3 - Make sure the password matches the one setup in the system.properties and that does not contain any unsupported characters from the list mentioned in step 2.
