There are a number of ways you can export changes from a scenario. The most straight forward way is to generate a change report. This is a PDF file that shows the before state and end state of a scenario and lists all the changes made. Ideally, this can be used in a change process to provide evidence required to support major changes. To export this from a scenario, go to the 'Reports' menu and then Generate Scenario Report.
Another way to do this, which is particularly useful if you are changing server configuration, vm counts etc, is to export everything that is visible in the model to a CSV file. This is often done if you want to import configuration into another workbook or perhaps transform the information in the file to be used in an orchestration system to enable automated change. To do this, configure your sunburst to show either the workloads or hosts in the area that you are interested in. For example, you may have rightsized some virtual machines in a cluster and want to export the new configurations as a CSV. Double click on that cluster to ensure that only the machines in that cluster are visible within the UI.
This will export a CSV with detail on every machine or host (depending on what you picked in this menu).
