Cause

This happens when a TZ environment variable is present in the Netprobe's host. See below:

This can affect time-sensitive plug-ins such as the FTM plug-in.

Solution

This can be addressed by:

Option 1: removing the TZ environment variable.
Option 2: using the correct TZ environment variable value. The accepted format is listed on this website.
