Geneos - Why web-dashboard is displaying white bands of lines across when I upload it onto the Geneos web-server, how do I resolve this? (Internet Explorer)

When using Internet Explorer (IE), some clients have faced an issue where white bands of lines appear on their web-dashboard, as seen below:

This issue occurs when the web-dashboard is loaded up on IE10 or IE11 and Compatibility Mode is ON.

In order to resolve the issue. Compatibility Mode needs to be turned OFF in order for the dashboard to be displayed properly.

You need to head over to:

Tools > Compatibility View

NOTE:

The Web Dashboard is not supported with Compatibility Mode being ON.
