Active Console, Output Window blank, Output Window not visible, Unable to click on Output Window, Output Window stuck on taskbar

Problem

•  The Active Console output window is not visible when I launch it or try to maximise it from the windows taskbar. 

Possible 

• Corrupt workspace. Create a new workspace. 
• The Active Console may have been running on a laptop that has been switched from multiple monitors to single monitor. Right click the Active Console, Output Window from the taskbar and choose Move and then you should be able to move the window using cursor back onto screen display.
