For example, running a telnet command to the Gateway port or having an older unsupported Geneos component (GA3.X version) trying to connect to a newer Geneos component (GA4.X or GA5.X) or Anti Virus software running port scans against Geneos ports. To fix this, identify the IP address that is written to the log and investigate what this component is. |
