How do I change the port on the server without reinstalling the probe in Windows?

You can edit the information in the registry editor.  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/NetAgent/<service_Name>. Reg key is: NET_PORT
Additional Information

This has been run in Windows 7 and the full path to netprobe in the regedit on current test machine is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/NetAgent.  

This may be on different location on other Windows OS

Also, we ship the NetProbe with the utility to change the registry;  this can be found in the NetProbe installation folder : na_setenv.exe

To change the port using this utility:

 >na_setenv.exe <servicename> NET_PORT <new_value>
