Missing Netprobe

This means that the Action was executed on a missing Netprobe. Sample log entry:

ERROR: ActionManager Failed lookup for SamplerManagerPeer for probe 'NP64 LAWIN 6370' - remote action 'Print target value to a file' failed to fire

Additional information

This happens when you do the following:

1. Create a Rule that targets an imported data item
2. The Rule's Action has its run location set to the Netprobe

The Netprobe run location works only on a Gateway's Netprobe. The importing Gateway is connected to the exporting Gateway. But the former is not connected to the latter's Netprobe.
