If you want to create a diagnostics file for the Active Console, please perform the following based on the Active Console version. This creates a zip file that you can place on a help desk ticket (just reply on the E-mail with this as an attachment). The support teams will then use this to help diagnose the issues you are having.
Active Console version GA5.x
- Go to Help => Create Diagnostics File menu.
Active Console version GA4.x
- Go to Help => About menu => Create Diagnostics File.
