Geneos - How to verify available entitlements of current LICD license

Aside from use of the Gateway plugin called Gateway-licenceUsage, you can verify your entitlements by using the Licensing Report, which you can invoke via web browser to run against the LICD service. Here's how;

2. Input the following in the URL bar
<Licence Daemon IP address>:<Licence Daemon Port>/licensing
e.g.
http://lawin:7041/licensing/
3. Press Enter
Doing so, will give you a similar page like the one below:

Should you want to download a copy, you can do so via the option "Download as CSV", which you can locate at the bottom of the page

Download comes in 2 options; Summary and Details

1. Summary - will generate a file called licences.csv
2. Details - will generate a file called all_licences.csv

Beginning with Geneos version 5.9.0 the Licence Daemon, by default, generates the license report web page with only the summary CSV report.

You can use the-report option to specify a different reporting level:

• none— disables the licenses report webpage and does not generate any CSV reports.

• detail— enables the licenses report webpage and all detailed CSV usage reports.
