Problem
On the OP5 web interface icons are missing or not rendering in the browser.
Possible Cause(s)
- Root Cause 1: Missing icons in icon directory
- Root Cause 2: Browser issue
Possible Solution(s)

Solution Root Cause 1: Check the following directories to make sure they contain a list of .png files
/opt/monitor/op5/ninja/application/views/icons
/opt/monitor/op5/ninja/application/media/images
- Solution Root Cause 2: Clear browser cache or check with a different browser
