Geneos - Refinitiv ConteX

The Geneos Gissing (Thomson Reuters ConteX) plugin has now been deprecated.

The current method of monitoring this in Geneos is to use the ConteX Sathandler. To enable this, go to the ConteX configuration app and follow these instructions.

The Stathandler publishes statistics on a handler level and pushes complete dataviews to the Geneos API. Any request for further data should therefore be directed to Refinitiv ConteX support.

The requirements on the Geneos side are licences for the following plugins:

• API
• API-Streams
• FKM

If you do not have a licence for these, please contact your account management.

For specific data quality monitoring, you could consider using the MDM plugin.
