When the Change Log is enabled, users making configuration changes to Opsview are prompted to enter an explanation for the change. The Audit Log page displays an extra column with the contents of the explanations for each change entry.
- Log in to the UI as an Administrator and navigate to Configuration > My System > Options.
- Enable Change Log by ticking the box for Enable Change Log.
- Click Submit Changes in the bottom right of the page.
- Perform an Apply changes and enter a change log message for this change, then click Save.
