- Database Logging is not working after configure the database logging section in Gateway Setup Editor.
Possible Solutions

- Check Connection Status value in Gateway-DatabaseLogging plugin. If this displays Not-Connected click Link 2 in Related Articles section below to view Gateway Log for possible errors.
