System Impactist diagnose will not make any configuration changes to your system, and the process will run with low priority.
A quick way to diagnose common problems with your OP5 Monitor system is to use ist diagnose, a simple tool for diagnostics. It is designed to be your first point of contact when troubleshooting your installation. It will probably not solve any complex issues or identify new bugs, but it provides a simple way to detect common issues in OP5 Monitor Installations.
Enable the op5-community repository:
# yum-config-manager --enable op5-community
If yum-config-manager is not installed, it can easily be installed through the package yum-utils which is available in the base repository:
# yum install yum-utils
Install the 'ist' package:
# yum install ist
The package ist will install ist-collect and ist-diagnose as dependencies.
# ist diagnose
Any warnings or errors will be printed out. If no warnings or errors were triggered, or if you need help interpreting the output, you may create a ticket to continue troubleshooting your problem with the help of Client Services.
Follow this guide on how to generate a comprehensive report to attach to your ticket.
