The imported data is not displayed on the Importing Gateway.
This can happen if the Importing Gateway is providing the wrong username and/or password to connect to the Exporting Gateway. The following log entries appear in the Importing Gateway logs if it is the case:
<Wed Jun 3 13:54:28> INFO: UserManager Authentication with remote component Client failed.
<Wed Jun 3 13:54:28> INFO: UserManager Code: 100001 - Message: Unable to supply login credentials.
The Importing Gateway needs to provide the correct username and/or password. Once the correct username and/or password are obtained, update the current values in the Importing Gateway's Imported Data > Authentication setting. Below is a screenshot of the said setting for reference:
