In this case, there are 2 settings within an Action we can use to achieve this, they are namely Escalation action (+ Escalation interval) or Repeat interval.
You can configure an Escalation action that will be triggered after the set escalation interval if a particular issue is still present. Alternatively or in conjunction, you can use the repeat interval to set how long before the action would repeat and trigger again.
