When submitting an OP5 Support Ticket, our ability to resolve your issue quickly is affected by the amount of relevant information supplied to us from the start. While it may feel unnecessary to supply the same information repeatedly, we must ensure that the information we are using to troubleshoot is up to date, relevant and correct.

Some information is always useful to have, such as version numbers of OP5 Monitor as well as the underlying operating system, and other common data points. These data points are always going to be useful to us when helping you.

2. Save the page as a plain-text document on your workstation. Press Ctrl + s if you are using Windows or Linux, or press Cmd + s if you are using MacOS. The file should save as either sysinfo or sysinfo.txt depending on your environment.
