The you can do this by running a command on that cell.
The gateway setup.xml and script are attached to this article.
You will need to modify the path in the command to the location of the script.
How it works?
To do this we use the REST unsnooze command. (For more information on REST commands see the documentation here).
However, this command requires the xpath as a target therefore, we pass all the relevant columns as arguments (probe, managed entity, etc) to the script. The script then takes these arguments and concatenates them to form the xpath.
Can I automate this?
Yes you can.
In the attached setup there is 'unsnooze manual snooze' action, a template rule is also in the setup where this action is called if a cell has been manually snoozed. A use-case can be if a cell has been manually snoozed, after 24hours automatically unsnooze the cell.
