Create a new rule, rule #2 that has higher priority than the existing rule, rule #1 and specify the excluded targets in rule #2 target path |

Take the following example; Figure 1 shows that I have 4 FKM samplers that shares a rule that monitors the status column for OK value, otherwise it would trigger a critical severity
Figure 2 shows the existing rule's (rule #1) body and the targeted path, which evaluates 76 cells from different samplers/dataview
Now, say for instance one of the samplers needs to be excluded from rule #1 for certain reasons but modifying rule #1 is out of the question. The relatively easiest way to address this is by creating a higher priority rule, rule #2, than rule #1. Using Figure 1 as an example, I require that rule #1 to be deactivated on status column of 'Multiline Test' sampler, here's how; Figure 3 shows rule #2 body and targeted path as identified above, take note of the priority, which is pegged at 1, higher than rule #1 that is 3.
Figure 4 shows rule #2 Advanced option "Stop further evaluation" once rule #2 is evaluated
End result will be something like this;
