Geneos - Why does gateway-sql not return column data?

One of the possibilities is you are joining tables which contain same column names.

Gateway SQL must have unique column names - the source table prefix is NOT included.

This will work:

select Table_A.name as name, Table_A.status as Table_A_status, Table_B.status as Table_B_status from Table_A left join Table_B on Table_A.name = Table_B.name

But NOT this:

select Table_A.name, Table_A.status, Table_B.status from Table_A left join Table_B on Table_A.name = Table_B.name
